The Synod of Lakes and Prairies
The synod includes 16 presbyteries, corporate expressions of the church. They are made up of all the congregations and ministers of the Word and Sacrament in a given geography. Presbyteries are responsible for the mission and governance of the church in their particular area.

The Presbyterian Association of Homes and Services for the Aging
A national association of presbyterian affiliated retirement communities. The association represents communities in over 26 states.

The Minnesota Health & Housing Alliance
The Minnesota Health & Housing Alliance (MHHA) is a statewide trade association consisting of providers of a complete continuum of services for older adults, including nursing home care, senior housing with supportive services, and community-based services.

EMPIRA
Empira, is a collaborative and cooperative effort of older adult service providers working together to integrate clinical excellence and best practices across the care continuum. These organizations are striving to enhance the older adults’ quality of care and quality of life while empowering staff to continuously improve the services provided.
